Doctor Flores Herrera was trained as an ophthalmologist in two university hospitals of Brussels : CHU Saint-Pierre and Brugmann.​

In 2017, she successfully completed the European ophthalmology exam in Paris  (European Board of Ophthalmology Diploma).

In 2018-2019, she followed the course of retinal imaging &  macular treatment at the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).

​

Dr Flores Herrera has an experience in cataract surgery and management of ocular disorders of the child. She has worked during 3 years at the Office of Birth & Childhood (ONE) in Brussels where she was involved in the screening of ocular disorders in young children.

​

Dr Flores Herrera is a member of the Belgian Society of Ophthalmology and the Belgian Retinal Society.
